Marinated chicken and steak grilled over mesquite
wood. Then served buffet style in a
build your own bar. Here's how it works: You walk up
to the line (for larger parties we
will have more than one bar) and get a plate, grab a
fresh hot tortilla or two and put strips
of freshly sliced grilled chicken and/or steak on it.
Then proceed on to the toppings, top it
with grilled peppers and onions, sour cream,
guacamole, cheese and don't forget the
homemade salsa. Refried pintos with cheese, New
Mexican rice, green chile cornbread
and salsa/chips will be available too. This is a fun,
memorable way to entertain a large
party.
