Pricing is determined using a number of factors. First, the menu selections need to be decided. The selections
you choose are the main factor we use in determining your price per person. Some other considerations in pricing are the date of the event, the location, the number of people being served.
All hors d'oeuvres or cocktail buffet menus include clear plastic plates, cups, utensils and cocktail
napkins. If a more formal look is required, rental arrangements can be made and quoted by
Brentwood Catering. However, we can not be responsible for damage or breakage.
Full formal dinners are available buffet style or plated . We have a $500.00 minimum for
dinners/reception events and a $300.00 minimum for lunch events. 25 boxed lunch minimum.
Bar set-up service, including all bar mixers and essentials are available for $1.50 pre person. Non
alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc.) are available for $.75 per person. Ask us about
full bar service.
Service crew and bartenders are available @ $20.00/hr. per person with a 4 hour minimum and
$30.00/hr.per person on Sundays and holidays.
Valet services can be arranged if necessary.
Delivery, set-up and pickup charge of $25.00 for all events without servers. (Boxed meals
$15.00)
Long distance events may require an additional delivery charge.
A guaranteed number of guests must be committed to 5 (five) days prior to the event. Significant
decreases in originally agreed upon numbers may result in higher costs per person. Numbers may
be increased (but not decreased) up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Menu selections should be secured at least one week prior to the event.
Unless prior arrangements have been made concerning direct billing, payments are due in full
upon completion of the catered event.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 required to hold date of event.
