Brentwood Catering does not publish full pricing information due to variations in food costs, size of event, and quantity of food required based on logistics for an event.
Pricing is based on a per person charge for selected food items and menus may be custom designed to meet your needs.
$400 food minimum for breakfast and lunch menus.
$500 food minimum for all other events.
December holiday dates have a $750 food minimum for all weekday events, and a $1000 food minimum for weekends.
Servers and Licensed bartenders are $22.50 per hour, which will include driving and setup time; $30 per hour for Sundays and Holidays. If the venue selected has no cleaning facilities, additional charges could be accrued for work crew's time spent cleaning in our facilities.
If no server is required there will be a $50 delivery, setup, and pickup charge.
Bar setup services are available for an additional fee of $1.50 per person. Bar setup includes mixers, soft drinks, waters, insulated silver tubs, coolers, ice scoops, corkscrews, and all other necessary items for your bar. You will only be required to provide the alcohol, we will take care of setup and all the rest. We can provide ice if required at $5.00 per bag.
Non-alchoholic beverages provided for $1.00 per person.
A guaranteed number of guests must be provided at least one week prior to your event. The number of guests may be increased up to 3 days prior to event, but no decreases will be accepted.
If a major increase in numbers happens and we are notified 1 day before the event, we may not be able to accommodate.
If the event is cancelled for any reason the food will still be delivered as planned and full payment will be required. If for any reason the delivery is not wanted then a cancellation fee will be determined based upon the costs for the event. Fee will be at the owners discretion.
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure events over $1000 in cost. This deposit will go towards the final payment for event. Payment will be due on the date of event unless other arrangements have been made. Sales tax will be applied to total cost. We will always try to work with our coorporate clients to suit their billing process.
We accept Cash, Money Order, Check, Visa, and Mastercard as payment.
All events will include clear plastic plates, napkins, utensils, and cups if needed. Rental arrangements are part of our service if nondisposable items are required for your event. Upon discussion of items required for event we will make all rental arrangements for you. Rental items include tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, linens, and any other items required for your event.
